Welcome to 4x4 Overlanders India, operated by Paul Foundry Technologies Pvt Ltd. By accessing or using this platform, you agree to these Terms.

1. Platform Ownership

All content, software, systems, algorithms, databases, UI/UX, and branding are the exclusive property of Paul Foundry Technologies Pvt Ltd.

2. License to Use

Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the platform software in its current state.

3. Commercial Terms (Indicative)

Use of the platform for business or commercial purposes is subject to a separate written agreement with Paul Foundry Technologies Pvt Ltd.

As of the current offering, commercial engagement typically includes:

  • A non-refundable, one-time onboarding or commitment fee in the range of INR 50,000 to INR 70,000 for access to the software in its current "as is" MVP state.
  • A revenue-sharing model strictly based on a 20% commission of the gross order value.
  • No additional platform costs, monthly usage fees, or fixed salaries apply to the standard platform access.
  • Significant scaling requirements or custom infrastructure enhancements are scoped separately based on mission impact.

These figures are indicative and may vary based on business requirements, scale, and agreed scope.

All binding commercial terms, including pricing, payment obligations, and deliverables, shall be governed exclusively by a separately executed agreement between the Company and the Client.

No user or client shall rely solely on this website for commercial terms, and no contractual relationship shall arise unless a formal agreement is executed.

4. Payments & Enforcement

  • Commission and fees must be paid as per agreed terms.
  • Delayed payments may attract penalties or service suspension.

5. Advertising & Promotions

  • Clients may opt for targeted ads or promotional campaigns.
  • Budgets are decided by the client.
  • Execution is handled separately and charges apply as per agreed scope.

6. Additional Features

New features, scaling requests, or specialized enhancements requested by clients will be scoped and billed separately based on technical complexity.

7. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

  • Copy, distribute, or exploit the platform.
  • Reverse engineer or extract code.
  • Use bots or scraping tools.
  • Build competing services using our system.

8. User Content

Users retain ownership of content but grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to use and display it.

9. Suspension & Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for:

  • Violations of these Terms.
  • Payment default.
  • Misuse of the platform.

10. Disclaimer

The platform is provided "as is" without warranties.

11. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify Paul Foundry Technologies Pvt Ltd against claims arising from misuse.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India.

14. Jurisdiction

Courts in Pune, Maharashtra shall have exclusive jurisdiction.

15. International Use

Users accessing from outside India must comply with local laws.

16. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use implies acceptance.
