This software, including its source code, architecture, APIs, database, UI/UX, and all associated materials (the "Software"), is the exclusive intellectual property of Paul Foundry Technologies Pvt Ltd.

1. Ownership

All rights, title, and interest in the Software remain solely with Paul Foundry Technologies Pvt Ltd. No ownership is transferred under any circumstances.

2. License Grant

Access to the Software is provided under a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license, strictly subject to compliance with applicable Terms & Conditions and any executed commercial agreement.

3. Commercial Terms (Indicative)

Use of the platform for business or commercial purposes is subject to a separate written agreement with Paul Foundry Technologies Pvt Ltd.

As of the current offering, commercial engagement typically includes:

  • A non-refundable, one-time onboarding or commitment fee in the range of INR 50,000 to INR 70,000 for access to the software in its current "as is" MVP state.
  • A revenue-sharing model strictly based on a 20% commission of the order value.
  • No additional platform costs, monthly usage fees, or fixed salaries apply to the base offering.
  • Any significant scaling requirements, specialized infrastructure, or custom enhancements beyond the standard offering shall be scoped separately and may attract additional costs.

These figures are indicative and may vary based on business requirements, scale, and agreed scope.

All binding commercial terms, including pricing, payment obligations, and deliverables, shall be governed exclusively by a separately executed agreement between the Company and the Client.

No user or client shall rely solely on this website for commercial terms, and no contractual relationship shall arise unless a formal agreement is executed.

4. Restrictions

You may NOT, directly or indirectly:

  • Copy, reproduce, or redistribute the Software
  • Modify or create derivative works
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code
  • Use the Software to build competing platforms
  • Scrape, extract, or reuse platform data

5. Platform Access

Access may be suspended or revoked at any time in case of violation of Terms, payment default, or misuse of the platform.

6. Additional Services

Custom features, scaling integrations, or specialized enhancements are defined and billed separately as per agreed scope.

7. Marketing Services

Advertising and promotional services are optional and subject to separate agreements.

8. Enforcement

Unauthorized use may result in legal action, including damages and injunctive relief. Paul Foundry Technologies Pvt Ltd reserves the right to take full legal recourse against any violation.

9. Jurisdiction

This License shall be governed by the laws of India. Courts in Pune, Maharashtra shall have exclusive jurisdiction.

10. International Protection

This Software is protected under international copyright laws including the Berne Convention.

11. Disclaimer

THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND.

12. Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL PAUL FOUNDRY TECHNOLOGIES PVT LTD BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM THE USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE SOFTWARE.
