Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Overview
4x4 Overlanders India acts as a platform connecting users with products, services, and vendors. Refunds and cancellations may depend on the nature of the order and the respective vendor protocol.
2. Order Cancellation
- Orders may be cancelled within a limited time window after placement, subject to specific vendor policies.
- Once an order is processed or fulfilled in the logistics hub, cancellation may no longer be possible.
3. Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be issued in the following verified cases:
- Order not fulfilled by vendor
- Payment deducted but order not confirmed
- Verified technical issues with the order
Refund eligibility is subject to internal mission review and approval.
4. Refund Process
To initiate a request, explorers must utilize the following protocol:

Requests must include complete order details and a detailed justification for the mission reversal.
5. Refund Timeline
Approved refunds typically require 5–10 business days to process, depending on the response latency of the primary payment provider (Razorpay).
6. Platform Limitation
The platform acts as an intermediary and is not directly responsible for vendor fulfillment unless explicitly stated in the product specifications.
Disputes may be routed to the respective vendor for final mission resolution where applicable.
7. Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds will NOT be provided for:
- Change of mind after mission order confirmation.
- Incorrect delivery coordinates or technical details provided by the explorer.
- Completed services or gear already deployed in the field.
